AHC
trains its activists on the survey targeting the
public and the Municipalities’ administration in
Tirana, Elbasan, Fier and Gjirokastra
Aiming at raising participation
of minorities at the local government organs and
improvement of services towards the vulnerable
social groups; aiming at raising capacities of
the councils of municipalities for drafting
effective strategies for raising of access of
minorities and vulnerable groups at these organs,
AHC in collaboration with the Municipalities’
Councils of Tirana, Elbasan, Fier and
Gjirokastra will organize an evaluation of the
citizens’ opinion in these municipalities and a
self-evaluation of the municipality’s
administration. Aiming at the realization of a
study on scientific basis, on September 15th
2007, AHC organized a training of the
interviewers regarding the survey methodology.
The study and this training have
been realized in the framework of AHC’s mission
in order to increase the role of the civil
society in promoting and improving the respect
of minorities rights. |
