The
Albanian Helsinki Committee offers free legal
aid for Albanian emigrants and returned persons
If the rights of Albanian
emigrants are violated by Albanian state
authorities or of the countries they live in,
the Albanian Helsinki Committee (AHC) offers
free legal aid.
Beneficiaries of free legal
aid are all Albanian emigrants and returned
persons claiming that their rights were not
respected during the readmission process.
AHC offers the following
services:

Provision of legal
counseling for addressing cases of
maltreatment and disrespect of readmission
procedures.

Addressing and mediation
of cases with Albanian state institutions
and international institutions.

In cooperation with the
Greek Helsinki Monitor, representation of
cases of Albanian emigrants in Greece in
Greek courts and, in certain cases, at the
European Court of Human Rights in
Strasbourg.
