Two girls victims of poisoning

Two young sisters, one 27 years old and the other 25 years old found sudden death after they had two pastries bought in the market. Medical service was incapable of avoiding this fatal event. Forensic expertise must find out the real causes of the sudden death of the girls. It is reported that the case will be examined by the specialized bodies before announcing the causes.

But on the other hand, without waiting for analyses findings, it is doubted that the origin of this tragedy could have been a high poison dosage in blood, this related to the fact that both girls had been employed in an Italian shoe factory.

Not being biased about the accurate conclusion expected to be delivered after two weeks, AHC lays stress on the issue of working conditions in some factories and workshops, often being property of the foreign companies. They exploit the Albanian employees not only by giving low rewards, but without providing appropriate working conditions. Doubts and concerns related to this, have been stated in the past more than once. This stresses the issue of responsibility, either of the trade unions or the state bodies that have not reacted towards these violations and merciless treatments. The extreme exploitation of employees in these factories and workshops is a wide spread phenomenon and it’s unforgivable that these employees are left without protection at the mercy of destiny.

AHC thinks that such a situation when Albanian employees are insulted and ruthlessly exploited and insulted must meet serious consideration. The tragic event demands a complete and final explanation of the causes, but also undertaking a large action to observe the situation in these factories and workshops which are led by profit reasons and show criminal disregard of the employees situation.
