The publication is a translation
into Albania version of the book in original version “An
Approach of Human Rights to Prison Management” of the
author Andrew Cowl.
The book has previously been
translated into 12 other language and it contains some
theory and practice issues in penitentiary field, from a
HR standpoints. This book is a very useful guide book
for prison administration and for all the employees in
prisons.
It is also of interest to a broader
group such as policy-making and decision making
institutions, legislative and executive structures that
work on prisons, NPOs, researchers, and students
interested in the field, even the arrested and convicted
persons.
