Tė rinjtė a dinė ata gjithēka? Pėrfundime tė dala nga studimi i kryer nė shkollat
e mesme tė Tiranės Nėpėrmjet studimit, nxėnėsit dhe mėsuesit, drejtuesit e shkollave tė mesme, pėrfaqėsuesit e institucioneve drejtuese tė arsimit dhe tė organeve tė qeverisjes vendore, prindėrit dhe pėrfaqėsues tė tjerė tė komunitetit dhe tė shoqėrisė civile, tė organizatave qė veprojnė nė fushėn e tė drejtave tė fėmijėve do tė gjejnė njė burim infomimi pėr tė rinjtė dhe ligjin. Tė rinjtė do tė kenė mundėsi tė njohin nevojat e tyre dhe tė moshatarėve tė tyre nė komunitetin e tyre dhe nė shkollat e tjera, tė drejtat dhe mundėsitė qė ligji i ofron atyre, konfliktet dhe llojet e tyre. Ky botim ėshtė njė ndihmesė modeste pėr mėsuesit e shkollave tė mesme qė ata tė njohin problemet e komunitetit tė nxėnėsve tė tyre, tė orietojnė mė mirė programet edukative nė shkollė dhe nė komunitetit e tė rinjve, tė pėrmirėsojnė kurrikulėn dhe metodologjinė e punės nė fushėn e edukimit ligjor. Gjithashtu, ky botim ndihmon nė pasurimin e bibliotekės sė shkollave dhe tė fondit tė studimeve pėr tė rinjtė. Botimi i realizua nė 1000 kopje. Ai i ėshtė shpėrndarė Ministrisė sė Arsimit dhe tė shkencės, Institutit tė Studimeve Pedagogjike, shkollave tė pėrfshira nė trajnim dhe bibliotekave tė tyre. Njė pjesė e librave do tė shpėrndahet nė veprimtari tė ndryshme qė do tė kryhen nė kuadėr tė kėtij projekti ose nė projekte tė tjera tė KSHH-sė.

Do youth know everything? Conclusions
of the study conducted in the high schools of Tirana Publication represents a summary of the conclusions found in the research conducted in the high schools of Tirana[2] during the period November 2001-February 2002. Through the research, students and teachers, headmasters of the high schools, representatives of the leading institutions of education and the bodies of the local power, parents and other representatives of the community and the civil society, of the organizations operating in the field of children rights will find an information source for the youth and the law. Youngsters will be able to know their needs and their peers in their community and other schools, the rights and the possibilities offered by law, conflicts and its types. This publication is a modest contribution for the teachers of the high schools in order they know the problems of the community, to better orient their education curricula at schools and in the youth community, to improve the curricula and the methodology of work for the legal education. Furthermore this publication contributes to enriching school libraries and the fund of researches for the youth. Publication was printed in 1000 copies, it is distributed to the Ministry of Education and Science, Institute of Pedagogical Studies, schools involved in training and their libraries. Part of the books will be distributed in different activities arranged in the context of this project and other AHC projects. 2
